SCOTTSDALE, AZ – September 7, 2011 — Honeywell Aerospace has approved Copperstate Turbine Engine Company (CTEC) of Scottsdale, AZ, to provide TPE331 turboprop component repair services. CTEC is authorized to perform Level 3 Services on TPE331-1 through -14 engine components, subcomponents and parts listed in Honeywell maintenance manuals within CTEC’s FAA-approved capabilities.
In addition, CTEC is authorized to utilize a defined list of FAA DER repairs for Gearbox/ Accessory Drive Housing, Diaphragm/Intermediate Gearbox Housing set, Nosecone/Output Housing, Torsion Shaft, Scavenge Pump Housing, 360 Bearing Mod, Turbine Pump oil Inlet tube, Seal Carrier, -14 engine Crossover Duct, Rigid Propshaft Coupling, -14 Engine Plenum/ Combustor Cases, PN 3108039 1st Stage Baffle, Anti Icing Shields and Diffusers.
CTEC is also currently authorized by Honeywell to perform maintenance on a wide variety of Honeywell propulsion products, including the TPE331 for Overhaul level, and line level for TFE 731 and several General Aviation APUs.
