Susan Croye has been an integral part of Copperstate Turbine Engine Company (CTEC) since its founding in 2002.
In the company’s early days, Susan was asked to ‘take care of the books’ due to her banking background. As the company grew from three to over 100 employees, and from one to four locations, Susan has managed Finance, and currently oversees both CTEC and Glendale Aero Services’ Human Resources and Information Technology areas.
Susan’s Customer Service Philosophy:
Customer Service is not a department, it is everybody’s job. Whether a customer is on the phone, in the office or has sent an email, always answer immediately, and ensure that their interactions with CTEC exceed their expectations.
